  • Do you Provide Emergency Help?

    No, I provide private counselling sessions, not emergency help. Please click on the “Emergency Contacts” button above to access a list of contacts, including Samaritans who can provide help through the medium of Welsh.

  • Do you provide sessions in Welsh?

    Although we are based in Wales, I am unable to provide sessions in Welsh.
    However, please contact me as I may be able to recommend someone who could.

  • How do I know if I need Counselling?

    This is only something that you can decide yourself. Counselling sessions provide a regular time for you to explore emotional triggers in a safe space and talk about any issues you may be facing whilst developing strategies to reduce any trauma.

  • What is included during a session?

  • How much does a session cost?

    Please click on “Sessions” above for details. I offer Private Counsellig Sessions unless referred by a Third Party or Charity.

    Healthcare workers, Students and Trainee Counsellors are subject to a reduced fee.

  • Do you offer Child Counselling?

    I only offer Counselling to Young Adults aged 18+, Older Adults and Couples.

    However, please contact me as I may be able to recommend someone who could.

  • Do you offer Couples Counselling?

  • Do you work with any Third Parties?

    I do take referrals from the DPJ Foundation (who specialise within the agriculture sector) and worked with various Employee Assistance Programs which advocate for positive Mental Health.
