Face-to-Face
Our sessions would be based in a purpose built, dedicated therapy room with comfy chairs surrounded by plants!
Online Video Call
Our sessions would be based over Video Call through WhatsApp or Google Meet, face-to-face from a place of your choosing.
By Phone
Our sessions would be based over the phone, with you in a comfortable place of your choosing.

Prior to the first session, I would offer a 30mins free assessment, either in person, online or on the phone, to understand what your needs would be and how we could work together to help you find your way through any issues that are troubling you.
Sessions are offered either weekly or every 2 weeks to suit your financial needs, moving to monthly, as sessions are concluded. Regular reviews will take place during the course of the sessions and there is no fixed minimum amount of sessions that you, as the client, would need to commit to.

I offer a free 30 Minute initial session to understand the issues that are troubling you and how, through our working relationship, we can find the best way through for you.
Each session afterwards is 50mins long for an individual client or 1.5 hours for Couples / Relationship Counselling.
Price range is detailed as below:-

Individual Standard Session - £45
Concession - £35
